What does the first online consultation look like?
The first consultation lasts about 60 minutes and takes place via a chosen communicator (e.g. Zoom, Google Meet). We discuss your health condition, nutritional history, lifestyle, problems and goals in detail. On this basis, we establish a plan for further cooperation.
Do I need tests before the consultation?
It is not mandatory, but it is worth preparing current test results (e.g. blood count, TSH, glucose, insulin, lipid profile, etc.), if you have them. This will make it easier to better match the recommendations to your health condition. If necessary, I will indicate what is worth supplementing.
Is online collaboration as effective as in-person?
Yes – online consultations are just as effective as in-person ones. Additionally, they provide greater flexibility, time savings, and the possibility of regular contact, which supports the process of changing habits.
Will I receive a ready-made menu after the consultation?
Depending on the type of cooperation you choose, you can receive an individual diet or flexible nutritional recommendations tailored to your lifestyle. We determine everything together, according to your needs and possibilities.
What problems can I come to you with?
I help people who simply want to start eating healthier, as well as those with specific health problems – including IBS, SIBO, reflux, insulin resistance, PCOS, menstrual disorders or difficulties in their relationship with food.
